When you complete placing an order. You will receive the confirmation email regarding your order and you totally can find your Order ID and your Email Address on this email:

Normally, it takes 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out and the tracking will be available when the Shipping Carriers will pick up the package. You can send an email to [email protected] for further information or wait for some business days and come back here to track your order again!

When you track your order and the tracking shows “Delivered” but you still not receive it,

In this case, please check the following things:

  • Check if the provided shipping address is 100% correct and there are no mistakes;
  • Reach out to the local post office, as sometimes it’s possible that the tracking states “Delivered” but it’s actually being stored there for collection due to some kind of an issue;
  • Check in with the neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to them.

And if there’s still no sign of the package after that, please reach back to us and we’ll proceed with alternative solutions. Let us know how it goes! 🙂
