Quite of bit of blustering went on, and it was suggested that people could cross the Tim Robinson Hot Dog I got that dog in me shirt But I will love this busy highway to go to the bathrooms at the building there. “No go,” I said. I was darned near fired on the spot, but they did say I was being insubordinate. I called the state inspector that afternoon. I made a report on the situation, and basically, covered my ass. Construction was stopped. Several “mistakes” on construction were found, including using the wrong size girders/rafters for public buildings. Electrical wiring took a major hit, too. Wrong size wires. Bathrooms were also added, eventually. I never saw the finished building. Instead of firing me, they abolished my job. I easily found another at almost twice the pay, and retired from that job about 5 years ago. To this day, I can’t understand how anyone could leave out bathrooms, but as I have found out, it’s happened before, and will probably happen again. I was later told that the Sydney Opera House in Australia had the same issue. Oh well.

I have a very similar answer to someone else that also commented on here. My boyfriend and I had been dating for a little over 2 years, and I got a new puppy. He had his dog which loved him and was loyal to him and I finally had mine. We were looking for our first place together but hadn’t yet, and every weekend I would go over to his house and stay (he still lived with his parents, and they were okay with me staying the Tim Robinson Hot Dog I got that dog in me shirt But I will love this weekend and bringing my puppy for our dogs to get socialized before the move). Well it turns out his parents owned a house they were looking to sell, and we were looking for a place to stay, so we made an arrangement for us to move in to that house. About a month away from the move in day, we did the usual routine of me going over to his house on the weekend with my puppy which still very young at this point, and stayed the night. Woke up the next morning to his mom screaming in a ballistic rage about how the puppy had tried to get her to take it outside to pee and she didn’t take it out and then it peed on the floor and it was our fault for not taking the puppy out because it probably came to us first and tried to wake us up before it went to her (it didn’t, she’s always outside & the puppy is old enough and smart enough to know that). We listened and were very respectful and told her we would clean it up and she said she wanted us to clean all the floors today so we said okay we’ll do it. She comes back in 5 minutes later unprecedented and continuing to scream and say that the puppy is no longer allowed over at the house. My boyfriend is trying to be nice and asks her to please stop screaming and that just pushes her over the edge and says the puppy is no longer allowed to even come with us to the new house anymore and that she doesn’t know what we’ll do with it but it’s not moving in with us to the new house. The new house that has my boyfriends name on it already and he already has ownership of, that me and him would be paying the mortgage and all the bills on and everything to OWN the house. It took all I had not to go off on her because she’s a control freak and tries to control me all the time, this wasn’t the first case of her trying to control me or using me/something affiliated with me as a means to blame me for everything bad that happens to justify her distaste of me because I won’t bow down to her. She goes off all the time about all the chores I don’t do at her house, which is bull because any mess I make I clean up. But she’s not happy and I’m not good enough for her son because I won’t clean up their messes at their house that I don’t live at. Meanwhile she’s never even asked her other son (who’s older than my boyfriend and they’re paying for him to live in his own apartment) to do anything at all, like his entire life. But she expects more out of me than her own son and praises him for doing literally nothing but looks at everything I do under a microscope.
