  • Return window: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return it for a full refund.

  • Eligibility: All items are eligible for return, as long as they are returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized products, items marked as “final sale,” or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. Please contact our customer service team for specific information about these items.

  • Returning your item: Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • Cancelation: You will receive the 90% REFUND. The rest 10% refund will be deducted for service fees

  • Out of Stock: You will receive the 100% REFUND

  • Wrong Size, Color or Shipping Address: NO REFUND

Return Shipping Costs:
